The concert featured an outstanding young cellist Ying Jun Wei with CMAF Artistic Director, Tanya Kodinsky at the piano. Guests had an opportunity to hear music by Felix Mendelssohn, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Pablo de Sarasate, Frederic Chopin, Astor Piazolla, Alfred Schnittke and other famous composers. October 3, 2010 Chamber Music Concert is a fund-raising concert to buy a cello for a young co star Ying Jun Wei. In her solo performance Ying Jun will play Johann Sebastian Bach's Suite No. 1 Prelude in G. She will also perform Frederic Chopin's
Nocturne and Pablo de Sarasate's Zapateado together with CMAF Artistic Director Tanya Kodinsky at the piano. They will also perform Gabriel Faure's Apres un Reve as well as other pieces for cello & piano. Click here for a Concert Flyer.
